Parents and kids agree, Kamparama is the place to be!

Small groups, fun activities all summer long!

At Kamparama this summer, our camp days are built around exciting themes! Each theme has its unique set of creative, STEAM, and movement activities.

In addition to all of the activities offered, we also believe that campers should be able to self select based on their preferences. This means your child will not be forced into a particular activity if he or she wants to do something else indoors or outdoors—but will always be supervised by one of our Kamparama Staff. Although children will be encouraged to diversify their experiences, we follow their lead. After all, this is their summer!

June 20-23: Dive into river lakes and oceans part 1

Let’s dive into some Rivers, Lakes, and Oceans and learn all there is to know about what lies beneath. We will create an Ocean in a bottle STEM project to display under the sea. Explore the difference between the salt watery depths of the Oceans compared to the clear freshwaters of Lakes and Rivers with an interesting experiment called fresh water vs. salty water. Learn about rivers and lakes by touching and feeling in our unique sensory table. Then dive in and learn about river beavers as we create a paper bag beaver art project. Lets float on into the kitchen and create our yummy edible beach cups and clever sandcastle stacking cake. Kamparama will also offer many outdoor activities such as jump the river, beach ball hockey, and boat racing! We are so excited to have you all jump in and join us for our two weeks of exploring the exiting things that lie beneath the surface!
